Henry Schein Dental - ColoradoAll members of the Dental Cooperative in Nevada will receive the following exclusive considerations from Henry Schein Dental:
1. Qualifying Co-Op Members will receive a cash rebate (via check) on the purchase of all qualified merchandise catalog items. The rebate will be determined by the following outlined quarterly/annual purchase levels:
$3750 quarterly / $15,000 annual 6% Rebate
$8450 quarterly / $35,000 annual 8% Rebate
$18,750 quarterly / $75,000 annual 10% Rebate
2. The rebate will be paid on a quarterly basis. Each participating member must purchase a minimum of $3,750 per quarter / $15,000 annually from the Henry Schein merchandise catalog to receive the cash back rebate.
3. The following items do count toward minimum purchase levels; however, due to low margins do not qualify for additional discounts, rate pricing or rebates: Colgate and P&G, Precious Metal and Pharmaceuticals and Contract pricing (i.e. Oral B, Butler, Endo, Glove Source and Glove Club). Equipment purchases do not apply to the merchandise rebate. Rebates will only be issued on system driven pricing to the customer, overrides do not qualify for rebates but will help achieve rebate purchase levels.
4. Henry Schein Dental management may, at its discretion, choose to make exceptions for those practices that are purchasing all or most all of their supplies through Henry Schein Dental, but are unable to meet the minimum quarterly commitment. Special circumstances may also be appealed to Henry Schein Dental management through the Field Sales Consultant when just cause can be shown as to why a rebate should be awarded when commitments are not met.
5. Rebates are sent to each customer approximately one month after the closing of each quarter.
6. Rebates will not be applied to purchases made in the months in which the customer is past due.
7. All major traditional equipment purchases will receive a discount near 15% from manufacturer’s list price. This discount level does not apply to Technology I.e. Software, High Tech, Extra Oral X-rays, OATS (Office Automation Technology Solutions), Lasers, E4D Cad Cam, etc. Co-Op members may elect to use the in house equipment buying service if the cost is
less than Schein’s discounted price. Schein will try and offer significant savings on dental operatory equipment, sterilizers, handpieces, ultrasonic scalers, etc.
9. To be eligible to receive the cash back rebate each participating member must enroll in the Henry Schein Dental “Privileges” Program. Enrollment terms must be met and administered by a Henry Schein Field Sales Consultant. Privileges members receive Privileges Value Certificates designed to reduce expenses and introduce the high-quality services offered by Henry Schein. Privileges members also enjoy extended labor warranty on new equipment purchases determined by the level of the “Privilege” program.
10. Each member will receive an exclusive 15% discount for technical service, in office repair as Privileges members based on merchandise purchase commitment level. i.e. Privileges, Elite or Presidential. In addition, each member will be entitled to a guaranteed emergency response time, determined by location.
12. Practice Analysis – Henry Schein Dental will offer to all Dental Co-Op Members that are Privilege Customers a Practice Analysis at no charge. This can assist the office with knowing where their fee’s rank in their geographical area as well as many ways to be more profitable and productive within their practice.
13. Waiver of the $30 arrival fee for service.
14. Henry Schein will agree to offer each Co-Op member (1) free Schein Sponsored CE event and a 20% discount to all other Henry Schein Sponsored events.
